It has a pressed on fit. You will need a puller that allows you to pull on the hub of the pulley. Usually a "bearing seperator" is used. If you try to pull on the outer rim of the pulley, you will usually brake the pulley. I use a moderate amount of heat to help.
Also most of the crankshafts have a threaded hole in the end. I drill a small indentation in the head of a bolt and screw into the hole. This protects the threads from the puller and helps keep the puller on center. Then I use a threaed rod to pull the pulley back on.
