Farmall 706 Diesel

Looking at buying what I think is a '67 706 (Seriel # 41862 SY)with a loader. They are asking $4900. It has the German diesel and about 6700 hours. It has some leaks below, but nothing that was running out. The loader bracket at the knuckle on the left hand side is busted. It has not come apart yet but the bucket droops to the left when it's lifted. Any ideas if it can be welded or what a new loader assembly costs. Any other advice when looking this tractor over would be appreciated!
