I really don't quite understand what you wanna do, but.....my suggestion is this...if the ground is level, and you really don't need to plow and all that...have your local guys spray it with Round Up, and then lightly disc it, and plant...then drag it, or use the cultipacker, and sit back and wait for a perfect stand of grass....(praying for rain, while you wait)
