Need general use loader tractor suggestions

I need to find an affordable small/utility tractor to move large square and round hay bales. MAYBE use it for cutting and raking hay. I am not biased toward any make. Bales will be around 800 to 1200 lbs. New tractors that could do this would require the use of my daughters college tuition fund, so I'm looking for something a little less expensive.

Any suggestions on a suitable older tractor would be appreciated.
