ONLY WAY TO TRULY TELL IS WITH A DYNAMOMETER ON PTO SHAFT.BUT YOU MUST KNOW ENGINE HORSEPOWER AND RATIO OF PTO,RPM IS USUALLY 540 IN MOST CASES.. HOPE THINGS WORK OUT.
