Serial # tag is on the left rail, just ahead of the clutch pedal. The number is also on the top of the transmission case. I don't remember if it's in front of the shifter or in the back of the shifter. It will start as RC22#####. As far as value, how bad you want it. I bought mine for $500. I now have $3000 to $3500 in it with the wide front.
