Thanks, but no. I don't carry an R stamp. A good bet is to find a reputable, and fairly local ASME shop, and let them do it on their own pace (rather than a rush or time job) over next winter. The shop foreman will have their guys putter with it when there isn't pressing work needing done, and you'll get the same job, but it will be cheaper.
