Minimun size is to get one restorable tractor and one parts tractor or regular vehicle inside together. With enough room to take tires off ,lean them against the wall & still have room to set parts on the floor to work on them. Plus enough room at the door to drive vehicles out without moving the lawn mower,snow blower etc. Get's big in a hurry. A robust loft above to store light weight odd's & ends is vital.
