Pulling them on the flat and on a hard surface needs.....not a lot. But, to pull safely up-hill or stop going down-hill (or even on the flat) may well require a much bigger tractor, if only for the extra weight and braking power. Just make sure it is a bit more than adequate for your conditions, rather than almost enough. Your (and others) safety is the most important factor to consider.
