Homelite Garden Tractor

We are just moving into a new home, with 3.25 acres. The present owners have offered us a garden tractor made by Homelite, I assume quite an older model however I'm not sure of the year. We haven't seen it yet but we're told it is 15.5 HP and is automatic.
Would anyone know a ballpark fair price? It has been very well maintained.
Thank you, I know it's a vague question, but forgive me, I'm from the city!
