I bought a Schumacher 6-12v fully automatic/fully manual battery charger with 50amp starter boost for $65 at Western Auto a couple of years ago. It's been an excellent charger. I'd like to add that it's a good idea to make sure any charger you get has reverse-polarity protection. I clamped my charger to a 6v battery one day; it wouldn't charge the battery. I checked the clamps, and I had clamped the postive clamp to the negative post and vice-versa. The polarity protection prevented the charger from powering up. It sure did save my bacon!!
