Is it a used trailor? Sometimes they get overloaded and things can get bent, causing it to bounce some. We have one we bought new but somewhere along the line it got kinda bouncy, more on my truck then my dad's, could be that I have a lower hitch or that my truck is lighter, but I can feel it more.
