How much is fair for a sawmill rig?

I have an option to put an offer on a sawmill rig. It has been converted from a belt to a pto drive, and is mounted on a stripped truck frame. The blade appears to be approximately 3feet diameter, and is one that accepts carbide inserts for becomming sharp once again.
I wouldn't mind a new hobby, providing I would get a reasonable deal on it. I have not a clue what these rigs are worth. Thanks for any response.
