Custom adapters made from a set of 9N wheel discs. Will take a pretty large lathe to do, tho.If you torch off the majority of the excess metal you might get by with a smaller lathe. Might even be able to make adapters out of 1/4 inch plate, and use pipe and long bolts to get your offset right. Assuming you already have the rims for the turf tires.
Whattya doing with the N that ya want that size turf tires for?
