All I can do is guess, but I would say the carb is set up to fit a mid to early 50s small MM tractor. If it was late 50s, it probably would have an Economizer valve where the load adjustment screw. Whatever it came off of more than likely had already been changed over to an Impco regulator because of the type of fuel inlet elbow.
