Something else is you should use the right oil,Ford oil for that tractor whatever it is,if I remember right it was red looking and smelled funny compared to other oil.Also being cold its going to cause other stuff to happen that wont when its warm,you might need to change the oil,and there might be something simple like a screen plugged up that somebody else mentioned,but its harder for a pump to pump cold oil than if its hot.
