Ford 4630 value?

Hi
I am one shot away from signing a deal on a 1993 Ford 4630 FWD tractor with an enclosed canopy and front end loader. The tractor has 1600 hrs. on it. I have a good friend looking at the tractor for me because it is in another state about 18 hrs. away. I have seen pictures of the tractor and it looks very clean. My friend says everything is in exellent condition except the air does not work in the cab. The asking price is $18,000. I am not familiar with the 4630 and am hoping someone can help me out. Does this sound like a reasonable price or should I keep looking?
