In the shop I work in, our insurance carrier made us introduce flourescent trouble lights some years ago, at first I thought they were bulkier, and put out less light, but they didn't burn one, and can be dropped without hoofing it for a new bulb. With the number of Newbies that seem to be getting their granpas tractor, and guys just wanting something different for their acreage, a general safety forum could do a lot of good, one just has to realize that so many guys didn't get the 30 or 40 years of practical experience on the farm, that some of us did.
