If you're that worried about the possibility of the tractor rearing, I'd pile a few weights on the front. I'd also suggest a 4wd to be able to climb those hills and especially to help you get out of the low spots that are so often filled with awful sticky mud that the front end likes to sink into. and as I have learned in the past, once the font end gets trigged on a 2wd, you're all done. Be easy on the clutch when taking off on steep going, if you dump it in, it might cause the tractor to go over. You're track tractor will always have a big advantage over a big 4wd rubber tired dual wheeled tractor when it comes to catching tracton in muddy conditions. a 16 ft disc isn't that big though and a rubber tired could easily handle it. I would put wide floatation tires for alot more traction gain and inhance it's ability to float on mud. good luck, Jonathan
