actually all the guys are right, take it to a engine rebuild shop and let them do it.. but being a race engine builder for the last 20+ years here is some insight. find a performance engine shop, chances are gonna be better they will get it right without messing it up. allot of places do ream the rod ends but don't let them. will not be a very good job...make sure they use a sunnen honing machine on them, also take all the pins, yes one will get it done but it is nice to let them mike them and fit accordingly, and besides most sunnens will have a set up gage that requires two pins.....lastly, i can't remember off the top of my head but if the bushings are a thin wall, non steel backed, have the shop expand the bushings first before they hone. this will lock the bushings into the rod by expanding it in all the mico crevices in the rod bore...without looking up specs u will probably want about .0007" clearence pin to bushing....good luck, donny
