Hey BestUse, I dont need to power a 30foot batwing brushog, just an old 5 ft pull type that I have seen used with a Farmall Cub at least for light to medium duty cutting.

As to hiring somebody, even if I could find anybody reliable, they dont work for peanuts anymore especially if they have to trailer their equipment to site and spend hour just accessing and then leaving the property. This is REMOTE property! Get it, thats why I have a Jeep.
