The other posts about hiring someone withlarge enough machinery gave good advice. I would get someone with experience and references in your area , give alot of thought to how you will feed water in and out , ie do you intend to dam a stream, divert water from one, dig in a wet area, push out a pond and feed it with runoff from higher ground.etc. Depending on your situation you can push out a pond with a big dozer in the dry time of year, otherwise you will need an excavator or dragline. I would dig a test hole first to see if you hit water and see what your soil looks like unless you are real sure of your site.
