Can you shed some light on this?

I have a tractor GUIDE LIGHT No. R8-50A and do not know what tractor it is designed to fit on. My JD AR (1951) uses GUIDE No. R8-50. The R8-50 is a 5" rear light with switch for red/white bulbs, with stud on bottom for mounting. The R8-50A is the same, but, a 6" light.....what does it fit?
