It's impossible to say without a little more info. International Harvester made several models of tractors in the Farmall line between '39 & '49.
Can you still read any of the decals on the hood? It would most likely be a letter such as "A", "B", "BN", "C", "H", or "M". Some models might have a serial number plate below the seat or on the bell housing behind the engine. If you can find that and post the number, including the prefix letters, someone on here should be able to help you.
