Big, I saw that too. I feel sorry for the guy, but on the other hand, anyone with a lick of sense knows you should shut machinery off before working on it. notwithstanding the fact that there are labels all over equipment warning you about that. I really wonder if he has a case? OSHA has it's place, but geez, you can't put guards everywhere on every piece of equipment. Common sense and good judgement have to come in to play at some point.
