Might be a straight V, (not the VA series) if it has a flat head engine & air cleaner & exhaust pipe are on opposite sides of the hood. You might want to get some more info-like color, size of tires, hand or foot clutch (if hand, which side & type of lever) type of engine, type of steering, etc. & post it over on the Case Board. Could be an R, C, D or S series, as well-all were produced in the late 30's or early 40's. This will help guys help you detemine what it is. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
