So, how much heat rise do you need (how cold does it get, how hot do you want it?) and what heating options do you have? If an LP tank is sitting there, use it. If not, do you have a lot of trees, do you have corn, what? Are you going to keep the shed warm all the time, is it occational use & then you let it get cold, or will you keep it just above freezing, with extra heat when you are actually using it? Is the floor already poured (in-floor loops would be out...) are you limited in overhead clearence (overhead radient is out) does your insurance/building codes allow wood or other creative heaters? Do you have access to waste oil? Then, you will get some meaningful advise. :) --->Paul
