There is a lot of old time threshing in the 1990s version of Of Mice and Men starring Gary Senise and John Malcovich. In fact, the men in the movie are part of a threshing team. Very sad and depressing movie, though, not sure it's worth it just to see the threshing. Bring your Kleenex.

Also, there is a brief view of a threshing outfit starring a Rumely OilPull in the movie Legends of the Fall. Looks to be about an X 25-40, but is shown only in silhouette, so it's a little tough to tell.
