If you have hydraulic pressure elsewhere I would check to see if the linkage on the draft control wheel had been turned out of adjustment, or one of the linkage adjustments in the pressure, position, or draft links was messed up. these can be accessed through the inspection plate in the cover behind your feet when sitting in the drivers seat. If the pressure link plunger slips out of the little vertical tube it slides up and down inside of, you will get no pressure to the three point hitch.
