I have to agree, some time the way we defend what we we enjoy the most gets ugly, and it is good to here diffrent ideas about what is happening, for instance the yuppie thing, I really enjoyed it, because where i come from they are telling me I have to get read of every old tractor and farm implement I have, I dont think that it is so much a yuppie thing, its just that a lot of people have forgoten what built this country, and how hard and long the old timers worked to give us what we have now.

Product Review: Lead Substitutes - by Mike Schordine. Lead was oriinally added to gasoline as an upper cylinder lubricant. It lubes the valves and seats. If you rebuild the motor, you could use hardened seats and valves, and unleaded fuel. But if your old tractor runs good, a simple lead substitute added to the gas is a perfectly reasonable solution.
