If you pull your plug wire and get the plug to fire you have a good spark, A fouled spark plug makes the spark go to ground so low spark. By pulling the wire you are making the coil jump a gap to get to ground looking for a place to go. So why is the plug fouled ?./ Oil fouled ? Gas fouled ? Spark plug to cold (heat range) ? Low compression ???. Hope this help and not just confuse.
