Find a neighbor who will give you a check for $2500 rent of your land. You give him $2500 cash back for helping you with whatever. This way it doesn't cost the neighbor anything more than a check blank. You can still run your hogs, sheep, cattle or whatever for your deductions. Call it a loophole or creativity, whichever works for you.
