I have heard some say to contact Miller Tire and they have some stuff that is supposed to help that. I agree that you should just use them until they go flat on you. If you want to keep them for parades only, the stuff Miller has will help them look nice and then you paint them with some tire paint to fancy them up a little. Won't help you on strength. Other than that, keep them out of the sun.
