I love your design, but you may have a problem. In Michigan, they are running a contest for state residents to submit designs for the new quarter. But, something like half the designs featured a Model T. The residents were informed, however, that designs that featured an identifieable brand are not allowed by the U.S. Mint, so I doubt that an Oliver is going to pass muster. Perhaps, you could come up with some kind of composite tractor, part John Deere, IH, Case, Oliver, etc.
