It is not only a problem in south we have bad laws in midwest also Only reason they quit inspecting cars was mexicans and vietmeese couldnt pass and boss would have to pay more / Whats sad is the little guy gets hung and big guy gets the break. POwer plant where i worked would blow soot at dark so nobody could see it fertilizer plant had so many violations but never shut down or fined .If we were all poor like in olden days we would not have money to go where the weather suits us . WE are just spoiled brats. NO I don,t go south in winter but know people who do so I,m guilty by not making them stay home
