Lacrosse was a steam tractor and boiler company.Later they added gas/kero engines and used the boiler part as a cooling system.Their factory was sold to allis and they used it make tractors of there own design.LaCrosse was still in bisness in the early 30's. American tractor made crawlers and was later bought by case.Their brand name was Terratrac.
