Bill,that price seems to be a little high for that age of tractor unless it has a brand new hyd.loader on it.new loader cost around 3500.00 ,9500.00 - 3500.00 = 6000.00 for the tractor,tractor would have to be in good shape to be worth it Hope this helps, David
