Front Loader Help

I would like to get a fully hydraulic front loader for a 54,55 Ford 640(interpretation of s/n 2158). I would like to know what I have to have as far as equipment goes. I have heard there are Wagner, Kelley, Ford that have their own hydraulic pumps but how would you run them off the tractor engine? In reading other posts, it was strongly suggested to add a power steering unit to the tractor also. Can anyone help?
