New hoses for an old wheat drill

Good day gentlemen, I'm going to be doing some drilling this spring with an old steel-wheeled Van Brunt grain drill. Unfortunately, the metal hoses on this thing, as they seem to do on old drills, have become useless and need replaced. Are there any sort of replacement hoses produced for these old drills? I'd prefer something made of plastic or rubber. Thank you for your input and help. --Old Fashioned Farmer
