How do you tell your neighbors to keep there dogs off yer yard

I have a problem, a guy across the road from me has a doberman pinsher dog and the dog barks at me on my propery, the dog has a fenced pen to use but not all the time I guess and the dog is a nuisance. I would like some input from you guys. thanks
