Hunter: Size up the person and the condition of his buildings. A messey rundown NON MAINTAINED place most likely will NOT have a WELL maintained tractor. Then look at all the tractor details that have wear. Foot pedals, hand controls, seat, etc etc These all tell ya total estimated hours. r.
