The hours are the last thing i look at because the hour meter could have been changed. If the hour meter shows allot of hours,lets say 8000 or 10.000 then the tractor has allot of hours. But if it shows 2000 or less and it's a old tractor it may have lots of hours,but not on the hour meter.
Look at the condition of the tractor,and drive it.
