Go to some of the local groceries especially the health stores and see what they would buy most of these stores want to buy organic but some crops are not available that way, maybe you could grow them since the labor is cheaper. I would also lean toward crops that are more man intensive since that is what you have plenty of The organic crops lean toward more man hours since you have to do a lot of weeding and manual pest control
