That is a Great project to start. I back you all the way. We need more of this to happen in the world to steer the kids in the right direction. Don't leave out the animals they are a important part of the total sceem of things. Good old Green Beans are a good seller for the kids and they seem to keep coming for a long time to and are easy to grow. Good Luck!
