A lot of people wouldn't want a piece of old iron because they wouldn't want to work on it - unlike us. Then there are the people who have to have a new one - nothing else will do!

In fairness to the new compacts, I have to say that they are very nice. I had the chance to operate a 29-horse New Holland Boomer last spring that was equipped with the hydro and 4wd. It was comfortable and easy to operate - and it was priced at $14,000, too!! Too rich for my blood and wallet!!
