Wanna Buy a John Deere Tractor

I have recently come across a John Deere Model 850 for sale. The owner passed away and it is being sold. It has a Brushcutter and Front End loaded with it. It appears to be in very good condition and only has 475 hours on it. .

The Manual and associated paperwork cannot be located and no one knows anything about the machine, other than they believe it was purchased around 1989.

Were these desirable machines? Any known problems or quirks? Whats a fair price? Things to look at etc.
