Value-1946 Allis C, accessories

Looking for value for parent's estate: 1946 AC Model C, everything original, always shedded, 6 volt electric start, good starter and runner, tires poor, hydraulic pump/valve not working, pedistal seals leaking and no bearing take-up left. Accessories--belly mount 6-1/2' sickle mower (average shape), single 16 mounted plow (good shape), front plow weights. Would like average fair value to buy from siblings. Thanx
