Accidents of any kind will continue to happen because some people just will not take the time to educate themselves about safety. I recall that only a couple of months ago, the N board had a long list of accidents that were discussed. Roll overs and where to connect on the tractor were a major part of that discussion. Sorry about the death in GA.
