Not sure what all you want to do with it, but you should think about the availability of attachments that you will need as well as repair parts. For my money, I would look for something a little more common such as a small farmall or even an 8N or 9N ford. It will cost a little more, but should be more serviceable and easier to maintain. Especially if you have some big jobs to do.
