I Found a Mighty-Mite Tractor??

I found this old Mighty-Mite Tractor Mod #10 today. Made by Jaques Saw Co. Kind of like the Panzer but much bigger it is from around 1947-50s. Anyone seen one befor? Do not know what it is worth and they tured down a offer of 500.00 for it. Dose any one have a idea of its value? I have read 76 posts on it asking for information but not much was givin and no value. Any help? Mark H.
